Salesforce Reports
How to add your Salesforce reports to your map
Salesforce Reports can be added to your eSpatial map. Make sure that there is some location information (address or coordinates) in your report. Also make sure that your report follows the below guidelines:
- Make sure that your Salesforce Report is a Tabular report.
- Include the ID for the primary object in your Salesforce report. For example, if it is a Leads Report, make sure that the Lead ID is included in the report, if it is an Accounts Report, make sure that the Account ID is part of the report.
- Although you can include a Report that does not include an ID for the Primary Object, you will be missing two key pieces of functionality. 1. You will not be able to make Salesforce actions on these records. 2. You will not be able to schedule these reports for updates.
- The primary object in your report must be one of the following, Accounts, Leads, Opportunities, Contacts.
